- MOBILE REMITTANCE IS AVAILABLE 365 DAYS A YEAR. You can remit from your Smiles APP provided you have sufficient balance in your account. However, remittances sent from December 31, 2018 to January 3, 2019 will be received by beneficiaries on JAN. 4, 2019.
- DEPOSIT CLEARANCE IS NOT AVAILABLE ON JANUARY 1 , 2 and 3, 2019.
- CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS CLOSED ON JANUARY 1, 2 and 3. Normal Operations will resume on January 4, 2019.
- REFUNDS, ACCOUNT ADJUSTMENTS, AMENDMENTS WILL BE PROCESSED FROM JANUARY 4, 2019 - ONWARDS.
- Effective January 1, 2019, My Number submission is mandatory before anyone can make international money transfer transaction. Please ensure that you have submitted your My Number thru the APP or via Customer Support center to avoid any delay in your remittance transaction.
On January 1, 2, 3, 2019, all DEPOSITS made to Japan Post Banks will be cleared only on January 4, 2019 due to system maintenance of Japan Post Bank.
