Smiles & MoneyGram are leading the way to extend a convenient way for customers in Japan to send to their loved ones abroad.
Every customer who uses the MoneyGram service for the first time with Smiles Mobile Remittance will be granted a ¥500 Cashback to their mobile wallet in the Smiles App.
This Cashback campaign will be available to the first eligible 2,500 customers during the campaign period of June 15 to October 31, 2022.

Terms & Conditions *
- SMILES Money cash back promotion 2022 (the “Promotion”) is organized by SMILES Mobile Money (the “Promoter”). The Promotion is open to all customers in Japan aged 18 years and above, except the employees of SMILE.
- The period of the Promotion is from 00:00 hrs of 15 June 2022 00:00 hours to 23:59 hrs of 31 October 2022 23:59 hours, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
- The Promotion is open to any SMILES Money customer (the “Customer”) who successfully completes a MoneyGram money transfer to any country where MoneyGram services are provided for a minimum of Yen 500 through SMILES Mobile app in Japan during the Promotion Period (the “Qualifying Transaction”). This campaign is limited to the first 2500 customers who are new users of the MoneyGram service in the Smiles app.
- Every Friday, the SMILES system will collect the information of the Qualified Transactions for the offer. The first 2500 Qualifying Transactions recorded will result in customer obtaining Yen 500 cash back (the “Prize). The cashback amount will be credited to customer’s SMILES mobile wallet within 7 days (the“Cashback”).
- The transfer amount less than Yen 500 per transaction will not qualify for the Promotion.
- By entering the Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions, which shall be interpreted by the Promoter at their sole discretion.
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion or if circumstances arise outside of its control. These terms and conditions shall be subject to the laws of Japan.
