After the remitter receives an update on the transaction status, they’re notified that the remittance is ready for cash pickup.
Once the remitter receives the transaction reference number, they will need to share it with the beneficiary (if necessary).

The remitter should double-check the beneficiary’s details, including bank account information. Mainly check:

  • Destination bank name
  • Bank account number
  • Bank account holder’s name
  •  Country the bank is located
