Ongoing ADA Commitment

General Statement

In accordance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 as well as with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act, Digital Wallet US LLC (DWUS) has made, and continues to make, efforts to ensure content on all its website is accessible to everyone – including individuals with disabilities and users of assistive technology. 

Standards

DWUS uses the accessibility standards of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 level AA, with the exception of video content which follows WCAG 2.0 level A, as the minimum technical standards to develop and maintain its websites. 

The DWUS website will integrate with platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and others in an effort to use modern communication methods and to encourage digital citizenship among its users. These services are provided by their respective companies and DWUS is not responsible for their adherence to accessibility standards.
