Yes. You can use any Smiles Premium Wallet/Remit Cards at a Lawson Bank ATM. Even the one with the original design. All cards have the same procedure.
In the case you want to remit overseas, you will be charged a remittance fee as normally set by Smiles, in addition to the deposit fee.
In addition to Lawson Bank ATMs, you can also use the cards at any Japan Post Bank ATM.
