In the case you want to remit overseas, you will be charged a remittance fee as normally set by Smiles, in addition to the deposit fee.
In addition to Lawson Bank ATMs, you can also use the cards at any Japan Post Bank ATM.
No, you will not receive change after your transaction. Fees will directly be deducted from the amount you deposit/remit.
No, statements are not given out except when there is a transaction error. Please check the Smiles app to view your transaction history. Each transaction should take minutes to reflect on the app. If necessary, please take a photo of the “inquiry number” displayed on the ATM screen after your transaction.
