Smiles Loyalty Points is a rewards program of Smiles Mobile Remittance that helps you SAVE money by reducing or even waiving transaction fees on your remittances.

About the expiry period

We would like to remind you that, as per our program’s terms and conditions, Smiles Loyalty Points have an expiry period of three months from the date of issuance.

Any points earned but not redeemed within this time frame will expire.

To apply your points, just look for the special points entry box on the remittance screen in the app. Enter the number of points you want to use, and the remittance fee will be instantly reduced by that amount.

Remember, 100 Points = 1 USD for fee reduction.
