For security purposes, the Smiles app only allows one login account per mobile device. In other words, one cannot log in to his/her Smiles account in different devices at the same time.

You can, however, switch to a device by following the steps below:

  1. Install Smiles App to your new mobile device.
  2. Select the Region & Language you prefer.
  3. Tap "Login" and log in with your registered login account.
  4. Check the confirmation code sent to your registered email address. Enter the 6-digit code in the provided field in the Smiles app.

No, you are not allowed to have multiple Smiles accounts. Only one account per customer is permitted.

You cannot edit your DOB via Smiles app.

If you want to change your DOB in the Smiles App, please contact our customer service team.

You can change your name directly via the Smiles app. Your registration will be subject for review if you re-submit the same ID. In order for us to make the changes, you will need to provide an updated ID reflecting your correct and/or updated name.

Please note that name changes are only approved in cases permitted by law, such as marriage or naturalization. Your account cannot be transferred to another person.

Read the following instructions to request a name change on your account via the Smiles app:

  1. Tap "Menu"
  2. Tap "Edit" next to your profile icon at the top
  3. Tap on the "Name" section and follow the screen instructions
