No, Smiles does not have a physical or satellite store. 

To load to your Smiles wallet, you can use the following methods:
- ACH transfer

No. You are not allowed to use someone else's bank account to load to your Smiles wallet. The name of the bank account holder has to be the same as registered to Smiles app

For ACH: The load will be funded within 2-3 days

The maximum balance for a Smiles account is $5,000. If your account already holds $5,000, you will be unable to load additional funds until a remittance is made.
