You can add funds to your Smiles Wallet using any of the following methods:

1. Debit Card
   - Funds are credited in real time.
   - A minimal loading fee applies.
   - Only Visa and Mastercard debit cards are accepted.

2. ACH Transfer
   - Before 12:00 PM Pacific Time (PT): Funds will be loaded around 5:30 PM PT on the same day.
   - After 12:00 PM PT: Funds will be loaded around 6:00 AM PT on the next business day.
   - No loading fee applies.

No. You cannot use someone else's bank account or debit card to load your Smiles Wallet. The name on the bank account or card must match the name registered on your Smiles account.

No, Smiles does not have a physical or satellite store. 

Processing times depend on your loading method:

• ACH Transfer: Takes 1–3 business days.
• Debit Card: Loaded instantly.

The maximum balance for a Smiles account is $5,000. If your account already holds $5,000, you will be unable to load additional funds until a remittance is made.
