The following IDs are accepted:

• For foreigners: valid residence card
• For Canadian nationals: valid Canadian driver’s license, valid passport or valid MyNumber Card
• For Diplomats and Officials with diplomatic passport: valid passport
• For Non-Canadian with no Residence Card: valid passport including visa page

To register as a Basic Member with Smiles, you will need:

• A valid email
• A valid phone number
• Name, Birthday and Address

You can still register even without submitting the “My Number”.

• Provincial ID
• Driver’s license
• Permanent Resident ID (with a document that shows proof of your address, your name and address clearly written for verification purposes)
