Normally, around realtime to 1 full day. If the amount is beyond 50,000 PHP, bank crediting may take longer at around 2 days at max but not over a week.

To see where your beneficiary can do cash pickup, please follow the instructions below:

1. Open the Smiles app

2. Tap "History"

3. Select your transaction

4. Find the specific cash pickup location under "Ready" for "Cash Pickup"

To edit an existing beneficiary’s details, please follow the instructions below:

1. Go to “Menu”
2. Tap “Beneficiary”
3. Click “Edit” which is located on the right side
4. Tap the pencil icon then edit the beneficiary’s info.
5. Save settings

To remove an existing beneficiary, please follow the instructions below:

1. Go to "Menu"
2. Tap on "Connections"
3. Select beneficiary you want to remove
4. Press "Remove" which is located towards the bottom
5. Click "Remove"
