How to Order remit

1. Tap “Remit” on the home screen

2. Select your registered beneficiary or add new beneficiary by tapping on “+Add”

3. Input amount you want to send

4. Input points (if you have any), scroll down to bottom, select your “Purpose”, “Source of funds” and tap ”OK”

5. Confirm details, check the box and tap “Remit to [name]” to complete transaction

6. Check the contents and tap “OK” to move forward

7. Tap “Select payment method” and move on to the next step if you want to proceed with the payment process. If you do not wish to finish the transaction right away, tap on “Pay later”.

8. Scan QR code to make a payment. We will proceed with your remittance once your payment is confirmed.

9. Immediately after your transaction has completed, the status will be displayed as “Received”. You can check by tapping on “History” on the home screen of the app.

FAQs

To check your transaction details, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Open the Smiles app
  2. Tap on "History"
  3. Select the transaction you want to view

For cash pickup transactions, it will take around 15-20 minutes for the official receipt to be received via email.

However, if you have not received it after 20 minutes, please contact our Customer Support Team or check other inbox folders (e.g., spam) of your email. There might be a problem with your account that you need to settle first before we can approve your pending remittance.

Normally, around realtime to 1 full day. If the amount is beyond 50,000 PHP, bank crediting may take longer at around 2 days at max but not over a week.
