The Smiles Zero Remittance Fee campaign runs from November 1, 2026 to February 28, 2027, offering customers more value when sending money from Singapore to the Philippines.

Here is what you need to know:

• Zero transfer fees on bank transfers
  Send money from Singapore to the Philippines through bank transfers without paying a Smiles transfer fee.
• Zero transfer fees on bill payments
  Pay supported bills in the Philippines through Smiles without a transfer fee. Customers who prefer sending money directly to e-wallet can also learn more about sending money to Philippine e-wallets from Singapore.
• Cash pickup remains available
  For customers who prefer cash pickup, a fee of SGD 3 applies per transaction. You can review the available payout options and applicable charges in the app before confirming your transfer.
• Continue earning Smiles points
  All transactions continue to earn 25 Smiles points per transaction under the proposed loyalty mechanism. Points can be accumulated and redeemed for special rewards and Smiles merchandise, subject to the final programme rules and availability.
