Step3 – Balikbayan Box Pick up
Once you are ready to send your box, contact them and tell them your preferred date for pick up.
Step4 – Payment of Balikbayan box
For direct pick up in the covered area, you can pay their staff when they pick up your box. For other areas (all over Japan), you can also use the invoice and pay through your local convenience store or post office.
