HealthMr. Eiji Miyakawa, the president of Digital Wallet Corporation, participated in the healthcare course as a role of lecturer at the School of Health Innovation, Kanagawa University of Human Services. With his long experience dealing with the ex-pat community in Japan, Mr. Miyakawa shared his own experiences about the difficulties that foreigners face when using medical services in Japan.

By taking an eight-minute survey to share your experience at any pharmacies, you help us to comprehend how good the pharmacy services that foreign workers and their families are receiving in Japan. The results from 400+ foreigners will be aggregated and analyzed in hopes that all foreign workers can take better healthcare services in Japan and live healthily together.
The survey results are used for this research purpose only. We do not obtain personally identifiable information during the survey, and no one else can identify what you answered.
After the submission of the survey, the first 400 responders have the option to redeem “Multi Languages version of Medication Record Book” – Okusuri Techo 薬手帳 free of charge. The Medication Record Book will allow you to manage your medical histories/medications and help communicate with physicians and pharmacists better. When you redeem, you need to share your mailing address with us in the separate google form. It is optional. Your personal information is strictly stored in Google Drive, separately from survey results. The mailing address will be used for distribution purposes only and erased from the database after the shipment.
