How to Order
Wallet Card

1. Tap “Menu” on home screen

2. Tap “Smiles Card Management”

3. Tap on “Wallet Card” and select the card you want by tapping on “Order”

4. Tap “Create now” after you read “Important Notes”

5. Tap “Confirm Order” to complete the process.

How to Order
Remit Card

1. Tap “Menu” on home screen

3. Tap on “Remit Card” and select the card you want by tapping on “Order”

4. Link your beneficiary to card by selecting your registered beneficiary or add new beneficiary

5. Select the purpose of the remittance and tap “OK”

6. Confirm details, check off boxes and tap “Order Card” to complete process.

FAQs

A remitter is entitled to one (1) Smiles Premium Card, (5) Smiles Link Cards (AEON, Premium Link Card) only. If you wish to remit to more than five (5) beneficiaries, you must use the Smiles app to register additional beneficiaries.

If your Smiles Card has become defective, provide us your personal details by contacting our customer service at 050-5305-6669, via LINE/Viber at 070-2628-8726, Facebook Messenger: Smiles Mobile Remittance JP PH, or via the Customer Support function in the Smiles app.
