Thousands React to Smiles Philippines to Spread Smiles and LoveRemittance
Worldwide, many countries celebrate the day of love on February 14 every year. Showing how you love someone can come in a variety of ways. From Feb. 1, 2023, until Mar. 14, 2023, Smiles Mobile Remittance kicked off its marketing campaign for the Philippines service to encourage customers to show photos of who they love.
The marketing campaign, “Smiles Pusuan Mo Ang Puso Ko”, simply asked Smiles customers to submit a photo of their loved ones and include three reasons why they hold them near and dear to their heart.
Whoever receives the most “love” reactions on their entry posted on the Smiles Facebook Page will win 20 thousand Loyalty Points which will be credited to their Smiles Wallet.
Spreading love and being close to the family are essential to life for Filipinos. As of Dec. 2022, there are 1.83 million overseas Filipino workers who need to be motivated to work hard and have a reason to smile. That’s the purpose of the campaign.
The “Share Our Smiles” slogan correlates with the event as it also encourages the international community to spread happiness and take action to help the globe become stronger and happier.
Ultimately, Smiles wants to support overseas Filipino workers (OFW), and the service hopes that this and other future campaigns will help motivate them to continue working hard for their loved ones and keep smiling.
