How to Edit Personal Info

1. On the Smiles app home screen, tap your profile photo
2. Tap “Edit”
3. After reading the message, tap “Continue editing”
4. Tap the QR code to log in with Singpass, and then tap “I Agree”
5. Return to the Smiles app to complete the registration process
6. Confirm and update the necessary information
7. Select one of the PEP declaration answers and tap “Submit to complete”
8. Your application is submitted! Please wait for approval (no need to register again)​. *Verification may​ take a few minutes​ to approve​

FAQs

No, you cannot register without a Singapore phone number, as it is a required contact method for us to stay connected with you.

Registration approvals usually take up to 24 hours, depending on the volume of new registrations. If you do not receive confirmation after 24 hours, tap the message icon next to the notification bell to check if you received a notice about redoing the registration process.

While waiting for approval, DO NOT create another account.

You can check if your registration has been approved by:

1. Opening the Smiles app and tapping the notification in the top right corner.

2. Tapping "Notifications" to view your registration status.

Note: If there is no issue with your registration, you will receive a welcome message confirming approval. Otherwise, you will receive a notice with instructions on how to correct your submitted details.

To change your password, please follow the instructions below:

1. Go to "Menu"

2. Tap "Settings"

3. Tap "Login Account/Password"

4. Go to "Password" and tap "Reset"

5. A confirmation code will be sent to your registered email address. Enter the code in the provided field.

6. Tap "Next"

7. Enter your new password when you log in again
