How to Edit Personal Info

1. On the Smiles app home screen, tap your profile photo
2. Tap “Edit”
3. After reading the message, tap “Continue editing”
4. Tap the QR code to log in with Singpass, and then tap “I Agree”
5. Return to the Smiles app to complete the registration process
6. Confirm and update the necessary information
7. Select one of the PEP declaration answers and tap “Submit to complete”
8. Your application is submitted! Please wait for approval (no need to register again)​. *Verification may​ take a few minutes​ to approve​

FAQs

Yes, you may register even without a Singapore phone number. If you do not have one, you may input a zero (0).

Approval of registrations usually takes within 24 hrs depending on the volume of new registrations. If no confirmation has been received after 24 hrs, tap the "Message Icon" beside the notification bell and check whether or not you received a notice regarding the need to redo the registration process. While waiting for approval, please do not create an account again.

In the Smiles app,

  1. Tap on the notification bell located on the right top
  2. Tap on "Notifications" to view the status of your registration.
  3. If there is no problem with your registration, you will receive a welcome message confirming its approval. Otherwise, you will receive a notice containing the instructions on how to correct your submitted details.

You can change your name directly via the Smiles app. Your registration will be subject for review if you re-submit the same ID. In order for us to make the changes, you will need to provide an updated ID reflecting your correct and/or updated name.

  1. Tap Menu
  2. Tap "Edit" next to your profile icon on the top
  3. Tap name section and folow the screen instruction

To change your password, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Go to "Menu"
  2. Tap on "Settings"
  3. Tap on "Login Account/Password"
  4. Go to "Password" and tap on "Reset"
  5. A confirmation code will be sent to your registered email. Enter the code in the field provided.
  6. Tap on "Next"
  7. Enter your new password when you login again
