1. Tap on the “Bills Payment” button if you’ve already added the function

2. Select a company to pay by searching or navigating through the categories

3. Enter the amount and necessary details. You can utilize points for fee payment (if available). Tap “OK” to proceed

4. Verify the details and tap “Pay Bills to [Biller’s name]” to pay the bill

5. Your order is confirmed! Tap “Go to Payment” to view the QR code and complete the payment

6. Right after your payment is done, the status will show as “Delivered.” To verify, tap “History” on the app’s home screen

FAQs

To find the reference number, please follow the instructions below:

1. Open the Smiles app

2. Select "History"

3. Select the transaction you want to view (the reference number will be displayed)

Smiles tip: You can also check your registered email for the official transaction receipt.

Normally, it takes one to two days, but it also depends on the system of the institution you've selected. Please ensure you input the correct information to avoid any errors.

To pay towards an SSS contribution, follow these steps:

1. Tap "Bills Payment" on the "Home" screen

2. Tap "Government Services"

3. Select "SSS Membership Contribution - OFW"

4. Select the amount of your contribution (make sure to check your salary range to identify the correct contribution amount)

5. Double-check the details and tap "Next" if everything is correct

6. Pay and you're done

To pay Pag-ibig Housing Loan, you may do as follows:

1. Tap "Bills Payment" on Home

2. Tap "Government Services"

3. Select "Pag-ibig Housing Loan"

4. Input Housing Loan Account number and amount carefully

Note: Your Pag-ibig ID Number is different from your Housing Loan Account number.

5. Double check the details then Tap "Confirm" if all of it are correct.

6. You can now pay!

To pay towards Meralco, follow these steps:

1. Tap "Bills Payment" on the "Home" screen

2. Tap "Electricity"

3. Select "Meralco"

4. Input your Customer Account Number (CAN) and the amount

5. Double-check the details and tap "Next" if everything is correct

6. Pay and you're done
