About the Role

As a Marketing Specialist for the Philippines corridor, you will be at the heart of our mission to connect with customers and partners. We need someone who is:

• Socially Active: You’ll be out there, making connections with potential customers and spreading the word about Smiles.
• Creatively Driven: We want your fresh ideas for marketing strategies that resonate with our audience and build our brand.
• Relationship-Focused: You’ll help nurture and maintain relationships with customers, agents, and partners to keep our community thriving.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Planning: Lead the planning and execution of on-the-ground marketing events, and maintain strong relationships with our agents and sponsors.
• Digital Marketing Support: Collaborate with our digital marketing team by contributing to content creation, campaign planning, and analyzing KPIs for posts and ads.
• Travel & Promotion: You’ll attend and plan events across Japan, so a love for travel and promoting our brand in person is important.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
• Social Media Savvy: You’re familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and up to date with the latest social media trends.
• Tech Skills: You know your way around Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Languages: Native or fluent in Filipino, with business-level communication skills in English and conversational proficiency in Japanese (N3 level).
• Creative Tools: Experience with Canva is a big plus.
• Love for Travel: You enjoy exploring new places and meeting new people as part of your work.

Location & Work Hours

• Location: On-site at our headquarters in Kioicho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan.
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm.
